McKenna diener
Coach McKenna Diener has nine fights and has lived, trained and competed in Thailand. She teaches a technical, detail-focused class while creating a welcoming, supportive and friendly environment for every student.

Trying your first class can feel intimidating. We have all had our first class. Our coaches will guide you through the fundamentals at your pace in a welcoming, judgment-free environment. No experience or sparring is required.
