If it’s your first time trying Muay Thai, start with any of our “All Levels” classes. Be sure to arrive 5–10 minutes early and bring boxing gloves. Not sure what size? We recommend 16 oz for beginners. Don’t have gloves or hand wraps yet? No problem—we’ve got both available for purchase at the front desk.
