Women's Muay Thai
Real Muay Thai, coached by Coach McKenna Diener, in a room built for women. Brand new or years in, you train in the same class, at your level, for as long as you want.
No experience, gear or credit card required.
How it works
Start here. Stay here.
Women's Muay Thai isn't a level you pass through. There's no class count and no rank-up. It's one room, open to every level, and you can train in it for as long as you train with us.
It's great for your first class, and just as good for your hundredth.
Heavy on basics
Stance, strikes and defense, drilled until they're clean. The same foundation every good striker is built on.
Two versions of every drill
A basics version and a harder version. Everyone works the same drill, side by side, at the level that fits.
Real striking
This is Muay Thai, not a cardio class. The goal is to get genuinely good at striking.
Meet your coach
Coach McKenna Diener
McKenna has nine fights and has lived, trained and competed in Thailand. Her classes are technical and detail-focused, and every woman who walks in is welcomed like she belongs, because she does.
This program is McKenna's. Building a strong community of women who train is her passion, and this room is where she's building it.
Why it exists
A community of your own
MMT is a fight gym. Women's Muay Thai gives women a room of their own inside it: the same standard of coaching, the same real technique, with the women you'll get to know class after class.
More than 50 women already train with us. On a regular membership, you can take every other class on the schedule too, from Basics to padwork, whenever you want more.
Memberships
Two ways to train
Women's classes
Train in every Women's Muay Thai class on the schedule. This membership covers Women's classes only, and it isn't part of the Basics program.
Women's classes and everything else
Take Women's classes plus the rest of the schedule. You're in the Basics program, and your Women's classes count toward your 25.
Class format
Coach's choice
There's no fixed format. McKenna builds each class around the room: pads one day, technique and drilling the next. Whatever she picks, you'll always get a version of the work that fits where you're at.

Common questions
I've never done Muay Thai. Is this for me?
Yes. It's one of the best places at MMT to start. McKenna will walk you through the fundamentals at your pace.
I've trained for years. Will I get bored?
No. Every drill has a harder version, and the basics are never done getting better.
Do I have to spar?
No. No experience or sparring is required.
Can I take other classes too?
With a regular membership, yes: Women's classes and the rest of the schedule. A women's-only membership covers Women's classes only.
What do I need to bring?
Workout clothes and water. Gloves and shin guards are available to rent at the gym.
Do women's classes count toward my 25?
On a regular membership, yes. A women's-only membership isn't part of the Basics program, so there's no count.
